Began research w/ an all-in-one on the 4th, felt like it was to 30% by the 16th, thought maybe Cont. so I break and shake, started to colonize - looking good.
Been struggling with fluctuating Temps but getting it dialed, thinking it was Cont., I was laxed on sterile during the break and shake - figured nothing to lose.
But all seems to be going well, living up to its beginner friendly/forgiving in less then ideal conditions.
Looking forward to continuing research 👍
