Contamination Reporting: If you discover contamination with a culture purchased from Fungi Culture Store, please notify us within 15 days of your purchase. To report contamination, kindly provide clear photographic evidence via email to FungiCultureStore@gmail.com.

Replacement Process: Upon verification of the reported contamination, we will gladly offer replacements for the affected Culture. However, replacements will only be processed and shipped with your next order.

No Refunds: Please be aware that we do not offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Items shipped will be in discreet and indistinguishable packaging. Orders will be processed and shipped the same day, Monday-Friday.

Reshipment Costs:

• In the event of an incorrect address or insufficient information resulting in a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs ($5 flat fee).

• The reshipment cost will cover the expenses incurred for correcting and re-sending the order.
