Homestead PE (Homestead Penis Envy) aka Melmac OG, is the original Penis Envy genetics isolated by Rich Gee. They have thick white stipes and small bronze caps. The spores for these mushrooms were originally made available in the 1980s, as part of a grow kit sold in the back of High Times magazine. Rich Gee isolated Penis Envy from a clone of an aborted Amazonian cubensis pin. Those Amazonian spores were said to have been collected by Terrence McKenna.
